New Delhi: Bollywood stars Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor's upcoming film ‘Half Girlfriend’ is making the headlines for quite some time now, all thanks to interesting pieces of trivia related to it. But, the latest bit of information will definitely take your excitement up a notch for its release.

You will be amazed to know that the Mohit Suri directorial is the first Indian movie which was shot inside the prestigious building of United Nations headquarters. No, we are not kidding. 

‘Half Girlfriend’ contains an important message on primary rural education in India and this fact really touched the UN officials.

The flick is based on writer Chetan Bhagat's namesake novel. This will be the second time Arjun will be a part of an adaptation based on Bhagat's book. In 2014, he was seen in '2 States' an adaptation of the book '2 States: The Story of My Marriage'.

'Half Girlfriend' is expected to release on May 19 this year.
