New Delhi: Maverick filmmaker Aanand L Rai's upcoming venture 'Zero' starring superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma has kept the intrigue around it alive.

The makers finally announced the title with an interesting first teaser which released on January 1, 2018, taking the excitement level up a notch. Now, we all know that SRK plays a dwarf in the movie who is obsessed with Katrina Kaif, who plays an actress.

Mid-Day recently quoted Kat as making some amazing revelations about the project. She said, “Initially, I was supposed to play myself in Zero. The film was titled Katrina Meri Jaan. There was a different cast on board and Shah Rukh sir wasn’t part of it. Now, it’s a satirical take on an actress.”

Further talking about her co-star Shah Rukh in the film, she said, “Shah Rukh sir is one of the best actors in the industry. His drive, energy and passion are commendable. It’s great to be around him on a set.”

The trio has previously worked together in late legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra's last magical outing Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
