New Delhi: The desi Greek God, Hrithik Roshan will be next seen in Vikas Bahl's 'Super 30'. The dashing actor took to Twitter and shared with his fans the latest about his upcoming venture.
Hrithik announced that on the auspicious occasion Saraswati Puja (Basant Panchami), the actor has begun his 'Super 30' journey. The actor will be seen playing a teacher on the big screen for the very first time.
He tweeted:
On the auspicious day of Saraswati Puja and Basant Panchami, I am beginning my journey of Super 30 where I am playing a teacher for the first time. May the Goddess of learning bless this effort. — Hrithik Roshan (@iHrithik) January 22, 2018
The film is based on the life of a Mathematician Anand Kumar, who hails from Bihar. The venture is backed by Reliance Entertainment and Phantom Films.
Anand Kumar became famous for his Super 30 programme which helped students crack IIT entrance tests reportedly.
No official word is out from the makers as to who will be the leading lady opposite Hrithik in the film. However, the buzz is strong that Kumkum Bhagya actress Mrunal Thakur might be roped in to play the lead in the film.
The actress earlier bagged an Indo-American film Love Sonia by Life Of Pi producer David Womark.
And after her international move, the actress has now got a plum deal in Bollywood it seems. Earlier, names like Katrina Kaif were also doing the rounds. However, looks like it's not her but Mrunal who has bagged the offer.
