New Delhi: The Box Office battle between the latest Bollywood films - 'Munna Michael' and 'Lipstick Under My Burkha' – seems pretty one-sided after the first weekend. And, as expected, the Tiger Shroff directorial is leading with a wide margin.
The Alankrita Shrivastava directorial reportedly managed to mint over Rs 5 crore in three days. Whereas, Sabbir Khan's film collected more than Rs 12 crore over the weekend. Movie critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter Monday to confirm the same.
The huge difference between both the films is primarily due to the number of screens.
Here are the latest Box Office figures:
#LipstickUnderMyBurkha Fri 1.22 cr, Sat 2.17 cr, Sun 2.41 cr. Total: ₹ 5.80 cr [400 screens]. India biz.
