New Delhi: Unlike Kabir Khan's last film 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's latest release 'Tubelight' has failed to enter the prestigious Rs 100 crore club during its opening weekend. The collection of the movie has been a bit disappointing as compared to the last few releases of the 51-year-old actor.
In first three days, the flick reportedly managed to mint more than Rs 64 crore at the Box Office. Movie critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh on Monday took to Twitter to confirm the same. "#Tubelight Fri 21.15 cr, Sat 21.17 cr, Sun 22.45 cr. Total: ₹ 64.77 cr. India biz... Eid festivities should boost biz today + tomorrow," he tweeted.
The business of 'Tubelight' is now expected to improve on Monday and Tuesday, keeping in mind the Eid spirit and public holiday. Now, it would be really interesting to see how many days will the film take to cross Rs 100 crore milestone.
