Sui Dhaaga: Varun Dhawan, Anushka Sharma captured shooting on Bhopal streets

In a pleasant surprise for the fans, new stills from the film 'Sui Dhaaga' have been doing rounds on social media that shows Varun and Anushka shooting an emotional sequence in Bhopal.

New Delhi: After wrapping up the first schedule of Sui Dhaaga in Madhya Pradesh's Chanderi, Bollywood stars Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan have begun shooting for the second schedule of the film, in Bhopal.

On Saturday, fresh stills from the film ses started doing rounds on the social media. In the photo, Varun as Mauji and Anushka as Mamta are seen shooting a rather intense sequence on the streets of Bhopal. From the photo, one could make out that the duo looked quite baffled. In addition, a massive crowd can also be seen enjoying the shoot. 

Varun and Anushka have transformed themselves into a village for their role and the duo is completely nailing the look. Well, kudos to the stylist!

In another picture, clicked from a distance, Varun and Anushka are seen walking on a street.

Helmed and written by Sharat Kataria, the film is produced by Maneesh Sharma under Yash Raj Films. In the film, Varun Dhawan essays the role of a tailor while Anushka Sharma will be seen playing the role of an embroiderer. Sui Dhaaga: Made In India is scheduled to hit the screens on September 28. 

Sharat Katariya's last film was 'Dum Laga Ke Haisa', a Hindi romantic comedy starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar. 

Varun was last seen in 2017's 'Judwaa 2' and is awaiting the release of his upcoming 'October'. On the other hand, Anushka appeared in her maiden horror flick 'Pari' and will also be seen in Aanand L. Rai's 'Zero' alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
