Karisma and Sanjay are not contemplating divorce

Karisma Kapoor has denied rumours of splitting with her Delhi-based industrialist husband Sanjay Kapur. The actress has issued a statement in answer to the latest buzz about their divorce. Reportedly, the Kapoor girl was thoroughly shattered after realising that her husband is a womaniser. Their six-year old marriage was on rocks once again. Rumour has it that Sanjay was often seen with a Delhi-based socialite at parties.

Mumbai: Karisma Kapoor has denied rumours of splitting with her Delhi-based industrialist husband Sanjay Kapur. The actress has issued a statement in answer to the latest buzz about their divorce. “The couple is not discussing a divorce at all. In order to spend time with family, Sunjay Kapur spends every weekend with his family in Mumbai”, said the statement. Reportedly, the Kapoor girl was thoroughly shattered after realising that her husband is a womaniser. Their six-year old marriage was on rocks once again. Rumour has it that Sanjay was often seen with a Delhi-based socialite at parties. Apparently, the lady who Sanjay was going around with was a model and a divorcee. Karisma married Sanjay on 29 September 2003 after he divorced his wife, fashion designer Nandita Mahtani. The duo was very much in love. Karisma gave birth to their daughter, Samaira in 2005. The couple parted ways for a while but reconciled eventually. Soon after they reunited, the actress gave birth to their second child, son Kiaan in March this year. And now that Karisma has clarified the rumours of her split, it seems the duo have finally turned inseparable.
