Dina Lohan offers advice to Bynes` parents

Los Angeles: Actress Lindsay Lohan`s mother Dina Lohan has offered advice to actress Amanda Bynes` parents and says that they should stand by their daughter.

Amanda, 26, has been in the news for the wrong reasons lately, like car impounding, driving a car with suspended licence and showing irrational behaviour. The actress had been often compared with actress Lindsay Lohan, who makes it to the headlines for similar reasons. Dina says Bynes` parents should just stand by their daughter, reports femalefirst.co.uk. "Just be around... It`s hard when your daughter`s not, you know, over 18, and you want to let them go... and they want to, you know, feel like they`re in control of themselves. So it`s a very strategic place for a parent to be, but she`ll be OK," Dina said on a show, Entertainment Tonight. Dina has been criticised many times for using her daughter`s publicity in her favour. However, the 50-year-old says that after being on the receiving end, she would suggest to Bynes and her parents to talk about this. "You know, I`m a mother, and I feel that that`s for her mother to speak about, and not me, because people have spoken for my child and myself, so I really feel that`s for her parents to discuss and Amanda herself," she said.
