Kim Kardashian denies ‘defrauding’ Kris Humphries into marrying her

Washington: Kim Kardashian has been refuting charges of defrauding Kris Humphries into marrying her.

Friends close to the reality star have revealed that Kim loved Kris and their marriage was legitimate, but it just fell apart in a very short duration, TMZ reported. On Kris’ filing for an annulment on grounds Kim defrauded him, Kim has revealed to her close friends that the two of them had actually discussed annulling the marriage before she filed for divorce, but they were advised that there were no legitimate grounds for an annulment. Under California law, someone can annul a marriage only if there’s proof of impotency, incest, bigamy, unsound mind, force or fraud. In fact, Kim insisted that she wanted an annulment and filed for divorce only after being told it was her only legal option. ANI
