Ahead of Gen 4 launch, Motorola slashes price of Moto G (3rd Gen)

New Delhi: As Motorola gears up to launch its 4th generation smartphones on Tuesday, the company has slashed the price of its Moto G (3rd Gen) and Moto G Turbo Edition by Rs 1,000.

The Moto G, 3rd Gen, earlier available for Rs 10,999, is now available for Rs 9,999. While Moto G Turbo Edition which was earlier available for Rs 12,499, is now available for Rs 11,499 on Flipkart.

One can also avail a discount of Rs 1,500 on the Moto 360 (2nd Gen) smartwatch on Flipkart. It is now available for Rs 18,499 against the earlier price of Rs 19,999.

The ekart site is also offering an exchange offer  up to Rs 8,000 on Moto G 3rd Gen and up to 10,000 on Moto G Turbo Edition.

Motorola Moto G (3rd Gen) sports a 5 inch touchscreen, high definition resolution, quad core Snapdragon 410 processor, 13 megapixel rear camera with flash light, 5 megapixel front camera, 32 GB micro SD card slot, and dual SIM with 4G, and 2470 mAh battery. 

The Moto G 3rd Gen has the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system.

The Moto G Turbo has 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core processor, 2GB RAM, 5 inch HD display, 13 megapixel rear camera with f2.0 aperture, dual LED flash and a 5 megapixel front camera with f2.2 aperture, fixed focus, dual sim space. This Android Lollipop 5.1.1 comes with a 2470 mAh battery.
