Microsoft may unveil new Surface Pro, Lumia 950 & 950 XL on October 6

New Delhi: Microsoft has begun sending out invites for the event teasing the new Windows 10 devices.

The event will take place in New York City on October 6 which might see the launch of the Surface Pro 4, Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL.

-The Surface Pro 4 could possibly get a larger screen with better resolution.

-We can likely expect only a fingerprint scanner at best.

-The new Lumia 950 and 950 XL on the other hand, dubbed the Talkman and Cityman respectively should be significant upgrades.

-The Lumia 950 will reportedly have a 5.2-inch (2560x1440) display, a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 with 3GB RAM, 20MP/5MP rear and front cam combination, 32GB internal storage, and a 3000mAh battery.

-The larger 950 XL is likely to have largely the same specs, save for a 5.7-inch display, octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor, and a 3300mAh battery.

-Both smartphones are expected to support Qi wireless charging and have USB Type-C.
