Washington: Rihanna paid a tribute to her late Grandma by getting the tattoo of ‘ancient goddess Isis’ inked on her chest.
The 24-year-old etched the latest body art just before performing at the Paralympic Closing Ceremony in London on Sunday, a website has reported.
The ‘We found Love’ singer shared the picture of her tattoo on Twitter, which is basically an Egyptian figure kneeling with her wings spread open across the width of the star`s torso.
The tattoo is inked across her ribcage and between her breasts in memory of her beloved Clara ``Grangran Dolly`` Braithwaite, who lost her battle with cancer this June.
The ‘Love The Way You Lie’ hitmaker captioned the picture she posted on social networking site as “Goddess Isis - Complete Woman - Model for future generations - Grangrandolly - always in and on my heart... 1 love.”
