Billy stormed out of an interview when asked about his impending divorce from his wife.

Los Angeles: Miley Cyrus` singer father Billy Ray stormed out of an interview when asked about his impending divorce from Tish, his wife of 17 years.

The country star snapped at Woody Johnson during a radio interview WCOL`s `Woody and the Wake-Up Call show` when he asked Billy about his divorce, a magazine reported. "I have to ask you because you are a celebrity and we`ve all heard," Johnson said. "Your marriage is going?" To which the flustered star replied, "Oh man. You know what bud? Woody Johnson. Woody Johnson. God bless America, God bless our troops. Woody Johnson, look at you." The 49-year-old singer then cut the interview short and stormed out of the studio. When Johnson tried to apologise, Billy snapped saying, "Oh I ain`t mad at you, Have a good day, brother." Off mic, the `Achy Breaky Heart` singer was heard sniping, "It`s very rude." Billy filed for divorce from Tish in a Tennessee court on October 26. The singer reportedly decided to end his marriage over suspicion that Tish was having an affair with singer Bret Michaels, which has been denied by Michael`s and Tish`s representatives. PTI
