New Delhi: Following are the highlights of recommendations of the Committe on Revenue Neutral Rate (RNR) on GST headed by Chief Economic Adviser Arvind Subramanian.

* Revenue Nuetral Rate proposed at 15-15.5%
* Standard Rate of GST proposed to range 17-18%
* Lowest rate of GST proposed at 12% and max rate at 40%
* Remove 1 percent additional tax
* GST rate be not included in the Constitution Bill
* Include petroleum and alcohol in GST regime
* Impact on inflation expected to be minimal
