‘30 Rock’ star Alec Baldwin to move out of NY apartment

London: In a bid to stay closer to his new girlfriend, Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin is planning to sell his luxury New York apartment.

The 53-year-old star, who has lived in the posh Upper West Side area for years, has placed his pad on the market on Monday with a listing price of 5.94 million pound, reported Daily Express. The `30 Rock` star, who was first linked to yoga teacher Hilaria Thomas, 28, in May, is reportedly keen to spend more time with his new love by relocating near to her yoga studio in downtown Manhattan. Baldwin, who was previously married to Kim Basinger, is close to securing a new home in the trendy SoHo district. PTI
