London: Felicia Noir, a saucy burlesque dancer, is said to have splashed out on nipple tassels courtesy Prince Charles’ charity.
The busty performer funded her risque stage get-up, including feather boas and corsets, with a 130-pound grant from the Prince’s Trust.
Brassy Felicia, who’s real name is Emma Allen, has now started her own cabaret school.
The 26-year-old part-time barmaid claimed burlesque dancing should not be confused with stripping.
“Burlesque is an art form and leaves something to the imagination while stripping is seedy,” the Daily Star quoted her as saying.
The Prince’s Trust, founded by Prince Charles in 1976, helps disadvantaged young people.
It funds training programmes and last year gave more than 4,000 cash grants to help youngsters find work.
