Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey refuse to quell feuding rumours

London: Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey have refused to deny reports of their fight on ‘American Idol,’ just hours after Minaj officially joined the talent show.

“There’s been a feud in two days?” the New York Daily News quoted Carey as saying when she was asked about Sunday afternoon’s fight with Minaj “A feud takes a little longer,” she said. Minaj simply mumbled something that was inaudible as her reply to the question. According to TMZ.com, the quarrel happened when the ‘Super Bass’ hitmaker started critiquing a contestant and Carey could not stop interrupting. Each time the 42-year-old singer interrupted, Minaj fought back by loudly talking over Mariah. Carey later took to Twitter to tweet about her first “Idol” taping. “Several classic moments so far,” she tweeted. ANI
