Melbourne: Elle Macpherson is reportedly engaged to her on-off billionaire boyfriend.

Macpherson, who turns 50 on March 29, and Miami-based real estate developer Jeffrey Soffer, 43, are preparing to walk the isle, a source told Access Hollywood. The pair dated for two years before breaking up last March. Now they`re back together. The supermodel businesswoman is set to move to Florida to be with her fiance, News.com.au reported.
