New Delhi: Hrithik Roshan – who had a fallout with Salman Khan in 2010 over his then release ‘Guzaarish’ – seems to have left all the animosity far behind and patched up for good.
After reports of the hatchet being buried a long time back, Hrithik has now come out in support of Salman’s Being Human Foundation.
“Hrithik went over to the Being Human store in Bandra a few days ago. He is the first big star to have gone there. He was at the store for some time. Hrithik looked around and was happy with all that was on offer. He really liked the initiative,” a leading daily quoted a source close to Hrithik as saying.
The source also said that Hrithik shopped a lot at the store and the staff was happy to see him there. In fact, the staff wanted to interact with him and the actor gladly obliged.
“The staff wanted to click photos with him. He patiently stood and posed, and even gave some autographs. In his interactions, Hrithik promised to return whenever he’d get time in between his shoots,” the source said.
The two Bollywood A-listers had a fight over Sanjay Leela Bhansali`s ‘Guzaarish’ when Salman had commented on the film`s popularity, saying, “Koi Kutta bhi nahi gaya dekhne.” Hrithik – the lead actor of the film – retorted saying “it`s not heroic to laugh or make fun of a filmmaker. In my opinion, a hero never gloats. When you are super successful, it should in fact make you more gracious and loving.”
However, there were reports of Hrithik giving Salman a surprise visit hours before he was scheduled to fly off to USA in 2011 to undergo further treatment for his nerve disorder.
Way to go Hrithik!
