Jessica Alba wore double corset to lose post-pregnancy weight

Washington: Jessica Alba has said that she took extreme measures to lose weight after giving birth to her second daughter Haven in August 2011.

The 31-year-old actress told Net-a-Porter that she wore a double corset day and night for three months, Us magazine reported. She said that it was sweaty but worth it, she asserted that it was brutal, adding that it is not for everyone. ANI
