John Travolta`s lawyers to dismiss lawsuit by pilot

Los Angeles: John Travolta has been sued by former pilot Doug Gotterba, but the actor`s lawyers are planning to shut the case.

According to Gotterba, he was accused by Travolta`s lawyers for talking about his gay relationship with the actor in 1980s. However, according to the pilot, neither did he sign any contract to keep himself mum, nor did he ever talk about his personal life with Travolta to anyone. But Travolta`s attorney Marty Singer says it is just a way to seek attention. "Mr. Gotterba obviously filed this lawsuit to get his 15 minutes of fame. We plan to get this meritless case promptly dismissed," tmz.com quoted Singer as saying. Travolta has been earlier sued by three separate masseurs, who complained the actor behaved inappropriately during sessions. IANS
