Lucknow Metro Rail hiring with salary up to Rs 46,000; application to be filled online

New Delhi: Union Cabinet's nod to approximately 23 km long Lucknow metro project has opened up opportunities of employment in the country.

Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation has announced opening of 250 jobs with a salary up to Rs 46,000.

The positions are open for Assistant Manager, Station Controller cum Train Operator, Customer Relations Assistant, Junior Engineer, Office Assistant. 

The applicant should be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh. The applications will be accepted online.

The applicant should be at least 18 years of age, and more than 28 years of age. There will be relaxation in age limit for people from the Scheduled cast and Scheduled Tribe category.

The applicant should have secured at least 60 percent. The selection will be on the basis of a written exam and medical check up. The last date for filling up the application is February 1, 2016
