Check out how Bollywood celebrates Gudi Padwa!

New Delhi: Today Maharashtra celebrates the New Year which also happens to be the first day of the Chaitra month of the Hindu lunisolar calendar. This day is called Gudi Padwa. The Konkani community refers to this day as Samwatsara. This year, Gudi Padwa will be celebrated on April 8.

While the whole of Maharashtra is on a celebration spree – even the stars are not any far behind!
