Shiv Sena opposes Ghulam Ali’s concert in Mumbai

Mumbai: Shiv Sena’s cine wing - Chitrapat Sena - has urged the organisers to call off Pakistani ghazal singer Ghulam Ali’s concert here.

The concert is scheduled to be held in Shanmukhanand Hall on Friday.

The Chitrapat Sena has raised objections to building cultural ties with Pakistan even as the neighbouring country kills Indian soldiers.

The party which co-governs the state of Maharashtra is of the opinion that at a time when Indian soldiers are being brutally killed, India shouldn’t be enjoying cultural ties with Pakista,

Earlier, Shiv Sena had protested against another Pakistani singer- Atif Aslam’s show.
