Mumbai: Geeta Basra, who will soon be seen in comedy movie ‘Calling Mr Joe B Carvalho’ with Arshad Warsi and Javed Jaffrey, calls it a mad script.
"It`s a very funny film, full of madness. It is such a funny script, a laugh riot. You laugh simply by seeing Javed Jaffrey and Arshad Warsi on the sets," the 29-year-old said here at the unveiling of the Beauty & Salon magazine cover featuring her.
"They are mad and the script is such that you don`t need to take your brains to the theatre to watch the film," added Geeta, who has seen in films like ‘Dil Diya Hai’ and ‘The Train’.
Arshad plays a detective in ‘Calling Mr Joe B Carvalho’, which also stars Soha Ali Khan.
Last seen in item song ‘Ghaziabad ki rani hoon main’ from action thrillr ‘Zila Ghaziabad’, Geeta is open to doing more such numbers.
"Let`s see. It`s all about the right set up, right film, right song. Luckily, for me, I got good songs. Sadly, `Zila Ghaziabad` didn`t do too well, but it`s ok, it`s a good film. But people liked my song," she said.
"People saw me in a very different kind of look. Very few people have seen me dance in Indian style," she added.
