A ‘Ghanchakkar’ novel for Emraan and Vidya fans!

New Delhi: The trend setting Bollywood has hit upon a ‘novel’ idea these days. And that is of making a book out of a film’s script. So, given the fact that there are a host of films that have been made into book, it was not very surprising when the makers of ‘Ghankchakkar’ decided to shape the script of the film into a novel. The talks are on that ‘Ghanchakkar’ starring Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi has a lot of interesting elements that would make for a fun read. Although the movie is yet to hit the marquee, word has been floating around that the producers - UTV Motion Pictures, are working to materialise this thought. The comic-thriller will showcase banter between a typical Punjabi married couple. For Vidya Balan, this is going to be the first comic role of her career and the actress has retained her excess body weight to look the part of a voluptuous Punjabi housewife.
