Making thrillers is better than making NRI stories: Ram Gopal Varma

Mumbai: Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma says he prefers making thrillers rather than candyfloss NRI stories. "Some people have a fascination for making family dramas and I find making thrillers much exciting. And what`s wrong with it?...any day it`s better than making NRI stories," Varma, whose last release was the horror thriller "Agyaat", told reporters.

In the past, the director has helmed thrillers like "Kaun", "Jungle", "Bhoot" and "Darna Marna Hai" among others. IANS
