Salman’s tryst with 1000 horses and 100 elephants!

Mumbai: The makers of ‘Veer’ are still unaware of the deep trouble that awaits them from animal rights enthusiasts. According to latest news, the much-hyped period drama used a lot of animals in the film. If sources are to be believed, there were around 1000 horses and 100 elephants surrounding Salman Khan in his thrilling action sequences. Sources revealed to a news daily that Tinu Verma worked extra hard to get the sequences in place. Salman was given a proper training in the art of sword fighting and horse riding to represent the warriors of Pindhari clan. Performing stunts with so many animals around also required a lot of effort. That’s why Tinu Verma calls it his most challenging project till date. Earlier, ‘Veer’ ran into many troubles including the Rajasthan High Court’s stay order on the filming of ‘Veer’ in the Amber Fort. Now, animal rights trouble looms over the film. Our ‘Veer’ Sallu should be ready to face it!
