Ajay Devgn in trouble? Complaint against actor over 'Shivaay' poster

New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn recently shared a poster of his upcoming venture 'Shivaay' on Twitter. However, it seems to have rubbed some on the wrong side.

According to ANI, a complaint has been filed against the actor for allegedly hurting the sentiments of Hindu community. The complaint has been filed in Delhi's Tilak Nagar police station.

The report states that the complainant has claimed that poster of the movie shows Ajay Devgn climbing Lord Shiva's figure with shoes on, which hurts the sentiments of the people having faith in Lord Shiva and Hinduism.

The new poster of the movie was released on May 22 and it depicts Ajay holding a 'trishul' ( Lord Shiva's weapon) made of ice.

The movie will hit the theatres on October 28, 2016.
