The 30-year-old actor took to his Instagram account and posted a picture from his childhood, wherein he and his sister Anshula Kapoor are seen cutting a birthday cake with his mother standing behind them.
The '2 States' star captioned the picture, "Happy birthday MOM...love u miss u and I hope u are happy wherever u are..."
