I am a control freak: Victoria Beckham

London: Singer-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham says she is a "control freak" who finds it hard to trust others.

The 38-year-old said she finds it difficult to delegate responsibility while running her own fashion line, reported Daily Mail. "You`ve got to trust people. And because I am a control freak, sometimes that`s difficult for me, because I want to micro-manage absolutely everything. I can`t hand over. But I`m trying to do that more. It`s hard because I have such a specific vision," she said. Victoria also says her aloofness and reluctance to stay away from media is because she thinks she is not that famous but this is often thought to be her arrogance. At the premiere of Spice Girls musical Viva Forever! last month, she reportedly sat apart from her former band mates and left the after-party early. The band`s reunion at the Olympics closing ceremony last year was also dogged by rumours she was aloof and reluctant to take part. "When I was on stage with the Spice Girls, I thought people were there to see the other four and not me. And when I go out with David and people take pictures I think, `They`re here to take David`s picture`," she added. PTI
