Johnny Depp vacations in Ibiza ahead of next court date

Los Angeles: Actor Johnny Depp is off to Ibiza to spend some quality time ahead of his next court date in his ongoing divorce from Amber Heard.

The 53-year-old actor was spotted arriving to Spain, via private jet and plans to rent out a villa on the island, reported People magazine.

The "Black Mass" star was photographed in good spirits while boarding a yacht. He wore aviators with a loose poncho and jeans, while sporting a new haircut and mustache.

Meanwhile, Heard, who was filming for her new project, Justice League, returned to Los Angeles for her scheduled deposition.

The former couple are expected to appear in court for the domestic violence restraining order hearing, which is scheduled for August 15 and 16.
