Shah Rukh Khan awarded for Outstanding Contribution to Cinema at Asian Awards

New Delhi: The king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan has proved yet again that he is the undisputed baadshah of the B-town.

SRK can boast of a millions of ardent fans worldwide and a closet full of prestigious trophies. Adding to his honours, King Khan was awarded for his Outstanding Contribution to Cinema at the fifth annual Asian Awards.

The gala was held in London amidst the star studded gliterati and gaiety on Friday.

The 49 year-old dapper actor flew to London to be a part of the awards ceremony and personally accept the award. 

Apart from Shah Rukh, former member of One Direction Zayn Malik bagged an award for his Outstanding Contribution to Music at the Asian Awards, which celebrates Pan Asian excellence.
