Shah Rukh Khan upsets journalists

New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who has been tagged a media friendly celebrity was snubbed by a group of journalists in Chennai on Friday.

According to reports, the actor who was to address a press conference in the city to promote his film 'Happy New Year' reached at the venue almost 4 hours late, thus angering the media. The journalists were reportedly asked to assemble at the venue at 4 pm for the press meet which was scheduled to begin at 4:30 pm. But much to the media persons' surprise, the actor himself arrived at 8 pm.

Angry journalists staged a walkout as soon as the actor arrived. Several media persons also reportedly shouted at the actor for his unprofessional behavior.

The actor apparently apologised to the media and promised to give an exclusive interview to each of them if they stayed back but the journalists walked out, reports suggest.
