Vince Vaughn glad he waited for kids

London: Actor Vince Vaughn is glad he waited until he was older to have children because he appreciates them more.

The 43-year-old actor, who has a two-year-old daughter, Locklyn Kyla, and four-month-old son, Vernon Lindsay, with his wife Kyla Weber, is grateful to have time to focus on his family after years of working on movies back-to-back, reported Contactmusic. The `Internship` star, who previously dated Jennifer Aniston, said, "For me, I`m really tight with my family. There is something about when we were younger, we were always told you have to focus on your career and to push relationships to the side. I woke up and said, `Gosh, I want to have a family,` and I got very lucky and I met someone terrific. "I think the nice thing about waiting is that it puts you in a place where you`re really grateful for it and you`re excited for it so it`s been a lot of fun and I`m really enjoying it," he said.
