Recipe: Grilled Tiger Prawns

Ingredients:
Prawns – 180 gm
Olive Oil – 10 ml
Onion – 50 gm
Garlic – 20 gm
Salt – 5 gm
Crushed Pepper – 2 gm
Basil – 2 gm
Thyme – 2 gm
Method:
Clean wash and marinate prawns with garlic, onion, thyme, basil, salt, crushed pepper and olive oil.
Heat the grill and season.
Place prawns on the grill and cook on each side. Bast with oil.
Cook till prawns change colour and are soft.
Serve hot.
