‘Bigg Boss 7’: Armaan Kohli consoled by Salman Khan after his arrest

New Delhi: After ex-contestant of reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss’ filed a police complaint against Armaan Kohli for beating her up with a mop handle, the actor was taken into custody by Lonavla police. The police confirmed Sofia’s claims after checking the CCTV footage of the house. But what really caught our fancy is the fact that Salman Khan, who also hosts ‘Bigg Boss’, actually made an honest effort to get in touch with Armaan and assure him that all will be well. As Miss Malini reports, Salman tried to calm down an agitated Armaan and told him to relax. He also asked Armaan to take a legal path to deal with Sofia’s complaint and told him that he would be back to the show soon. On the other hand, Armaan’s alleged girlfriend, Tanishaa, started sobbing as soon as the news of Armaan’s arrest leaked. Although the channel is in a fix about the telecast of Armaan’s arrest on National Television considering the legal risks involved, the incident confirms that Salman indeed has a soft corner for Armaan. Another interesting fact we have gathered from the Hindustan Times newspaper is Sofia Hayat claims that Armaan called her “moti (fat), disgusting and freak.” He even told her that she should go for a surgical treatment to correct her ugliness. Needless to say, if all that she said is true then Armaan deserved to be taught a lesson for his misbehaviour.
