'Tanu Weds Manu Returns' breaks into Rs 100 crore club

New Delhi: Kangana Ranaut and Madhavan have done it again and this time on a grander scale. Within a week of its release their latest film 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns' crossed the Rs 100 crore mark. 

The sequel has managed the herculean task within a week of its release and trade pundits are impressed. 

Also starring Jimmy Sheirgill, Deepak Dobriyal and Swara Bhaskar, the film has raked in Rs 101.6 crores worldwide as predicted by experts after observing the massive response the film got from critics as well as the audience.

Kangana has been praised by all and sundry for her double role. 

Whether the fantastic performances will mean more awards for the actress or not, it remains to be seen. But, what is sure is that the film is only going to do better until the coming weekend when it faces competition from Zoya Akhtar's family dramedy 'Dil Dhadakne Do'.
