London: Huddersfield Town won promotion to the Premier League in dramatic fashion as Christopher Schindler`s penalty sealed a 4-3 shoot-out victory over Reading in the Championship play-off final on Monday.
David Wagner`s side will play in the English top-flight for the first time in 45 years after holding their nerve in the nerve-shredding penalty shoot-out that followed a tense 0-0 draw at Wembley.
