We are back for the second essay.

... THE RUN CHASE ...

Right then, the game is nicely poised at the halfway mark. Scotland will feel that they left a few runs out there with the bat and will have to make up for it with the ball. Wickets in the Powerplay will be of utmost importance for them. On the other hand, Australia will back themselves to gun down this total and they have the resources to get over the line here. Back in a bit to see how the chase unfolds.

Brandon McMullen says it was fun and awesome to bat out there. Adds most of the ground in the Carribean has a strong breeze flowing across which helps to hit the shots with the wind. Mentions it is lovely to see George Munsey bat and informs they have played together for the domestic side for years.

This has been an excellent fightback with the ball from Australia. A tale of two halves really for the Aussies who were under pressure in the first 10 overs. Despite Ashton Agar delivering an early breakthrough, they were put under the pump as Munsey and McMullen took them around to all corners of the park. The Aussie bowlers soon realised that taking the ball away from the stumps was the way to go and reaped the rewards for it throughout the second half of their bowling effort. Adam Zampa l
