The bowling from West Indies was superb but only till the 15th over as in the last 5 overs they went for aplenty. Akeal Hosein was the standout bowler, particularly in the Power Play, where he was virtually unplayable. He picked up two crucial wickets, setting the tone for the hosts. Obed McCoy also had a good outing, claiming two wickets and maintaining a tight leash on the Bangladesh batters. Romario Shepherd and Roston Chase chipped in with a wicket each as well.

Litton Das, the Bangladesh skipper says that it looks like a good wicket to bat on. Adds that anything above 180 is a good total in his opinion.
