Kanye West offers Rihanna a helping hand

Los Angeles, Feb 12: Rapper Kanye West has offered singer Rihanna all possible help for her comeback after the she suffered physical assault at the hands of her boyfriend Chris Brown, `People.com` reported. West said that the `Umbrella` singer was like his own younger sister and expressed shock at the incident.

"I don`t want to speak too much on it, but I was completely devastated by the concept of what I heard," West told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. "She has the potential to be, you know, the greatest artist of all time and, in that sense, I feel like she is my baby sis, I would do any and everything to help her in any situation" he added West, who has previously toured with Rihanna, said he preferred not to get into specifics about whether he`s spoken to her personally but labeled the situation "so devastating." The incident happened on Sunday, just hours before both Rihanna and Brown were sheduled to perform at the Grammy award ceremony.Brown turned himself in later that evening at a LA police station.
