Dhruv Bhandari feels `Dil Toh..` is his gateway to Bollywood
Actor Dhruv Bhandari, who makes his Bollywood debut in Madhur Bhandarkar`s `Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji` has no regrets of doing a small role in the film and says it will instead open doors for him in B-town.

Mumbai: Actor Dhruv Bhandari, who makes his Bollywood debut in Madhur Bhandarkar`s `Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji` has no regrets of doing a small role in the film and says it will instead open doors for him in B-town.
"I have a small decent role in the film. This is really a good beginning for me. I am sure this film will bring in more offers for me. It will open doors for me to pursue my dream of being an actor in Bollywood," Dhruv told reporters in an interview.
Dhruv, who is the son of veteran actor Mohan Bhandari, feels his character would get noticed as it drives the story.
"Since it is Madhurji`s film I am sure lot of industry people will watch the film. With this my work will also get noticed. This film is a big platform for me," he said.
On his role, Dhruv said, "I play a cool-young stylish urban guy. My role brings interesting angle to the story."
When asked how did this film happen to him, Dhruv said, he had sent his profile and pictures to all production houses as he aspired to become a mainstream actor.
"I was surprised when I got a call from Madhurji`s office. I was glad that he had some role for me in his film. I had no reservations in doing the film. After the audition within two days or so I was in for the project," he said.
Dhruv, who debuted with a serial called `Rakt Sambandh` on Imagine says, he will not leave TV as of now. "I have got couple of offers from both TV serials and films but nothing is finalised yet. I am not going to leave TV soon... unless something big happens." `Dil Toh..` revolves around a 38-year-old divorcee (Ajay) in love with a 21-year-old, a womaniser (Emraan) who doesn`t believe in commitment, and an idealist (Omi) looking for true love.
The film which released today is a romantic-comedy, stars Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi, Omi Vaidya, Shazahn Padamsee, Shruti Haasan and Shraddha Das in the lead roles.
