London: Parents who give sweets or snacks to their children as a reward for good behaviour could set them up for a life of obesity problems.The widely-used tactic can lead to a bad adult diet, low self-esteem and eating disorders, says a new study, according to a news daily.
Researcher James Stubbs said: "The danger is that, as adults, they will see high-calorie foods as a source of solace."
