Ferozpur Lok Sabha Constituency, is one of 13 Lok Sabha constituencies in the Northern state of Punjab and cast its vote on the last phase of general election 2019 being held on May 19.
Punjab saw a polling percentage of 59 per cent in 13 seats. In Chandigarh seat, about 64 per cent turnout was registered. Maximum polling percentage was witnessed at 64.18 in Patiala and the lowest was in Amritsar at 52.47.
Sukhbir Singh Badal of Shiromani Akali Dal, Sher Singh Ghubaya of Indian National Congress, Hans Raj Golden of Communist Party of India and Harjinder Singh Kaka Sran of Aam Aadmi Party are a few prominent candidates constesting Lok Sabha election for 2019 from Ferozpur Lok Sabha Constituency of Punjab.

Ferozpur covers nine assembly segments – Ferozepur City, Ferozepur Rural, Guru Har Sahai, Jalalabad, Fazilka, Abohar, Balluana, Malout and Muktsar.
In the 2014 Lok Sabha election, Sher Singh Ghubaya of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) – won by getting a margin of over 1.72 lakh votes. He had defeated Sunil Kumar Jakhar of the Indian National Congress (INC). Ghubaya had secured 487932 votes while Jakhar got 456512 votes.
