New Delhi: Delhi's Chhatrasal Stadium on Sunday witnessed a shocking incident when a woman threw ink and papers at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal during a rally on the success of odd-even formula.

Bhavna Arora, who claims to be a part of Aam Aadmi Sena's Punjab unit, had earlier allegedly blackened the CM's posters over a farmer's suicide.
