New Delhi: Ever since our nursery rhyme days, cats have always been the ones to kill and eat and scare away rats and mice.

That's the way it has always been and we always expect cats to do exactly that.

However, the cat in this video you are about to watch, seems like a fan of role reversals.

Its owners, we're sure, bought it not only as a pet, but also with the hopes that it will get rid of unwanted rodents and pests.

The footage that they captured, though, might have made them a tad bit disappointed in their pet. It's funny and slightly bewildering at the same time.

The term “scaredy cat” goes pretty well with this one, but cats are just not supposed to do that!
