300 gm boneless chicken - cubed 1 cup mushrooms - diced 2 cups coconut milk 2 tablespoon shredded ginger 2 teaspoon lemon grass - chopped 4 fresh red chillies - chopped 2 tablespoon fish sauce 4 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon chilli oil 1 tablespoon coriander leaves salt to taste Method Heat coconut milk in a thick bottomed pan for about 2 min. Add chicken, mushrooms, ginger, lemon grass, red chillies, lemon juice and fish sauce, mix well. Boil on medium flame for about 10 min. Garnish with onion, carrot and fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot for nutritious comfort.
