New Delhi: A medium intensity earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale hit Uttarakhand late tonight.
According to National Centre for Seismology, the epicenter of the quake was Pithoragarh in the state and it struck around 23:30 PM at the depth of 15 km.
There were no immediate report of any casualty.
