Omar's quip was evidently aimed at Kiran Bedi's earlier Twitter posts critical of PM Narendra Modi, which many were retweeting on a day when Bedi joined the BJP and eulogised Modi's inspirational leadership.
One day NaMo will need to respond with clarity about riots massacre. Despite Courts clearing him so far

The tweet above was posted by Bedi in March 2013, when she was with Team Anna and claimed being apolitical.
Congress leader Digvijay Singh, too didn't spare this chance to take a dig at “Bedi's U t-turn” and questioning if it was a “genuine change of heart”.
U Turn Ms Kiran Bedi? Or genuine change of heart? My best wishes to you. May God be with you! pic.twitter.com/VuboIgNLu2

Even Aam Aadmi Party expressed surprise and shock on Bedi joining the BJP, highlighting sarcastically, how she once vowed to remain "apolitical".
It is surprising for us that Kiran Bedi, who vowed to remain apolitical, has joined BJP. We wish her all the best - @SanjayAzadSln
